It's been a mostly uneventful week. I received some goodies in the post which brightened my days up and I've done a fair amount of pampering - from nail painting, to facemasks and lots of Lush baths. I stuck to my diet for the entire week, and lost some weight! So I'm feeling good! I've posted a few times over on Where Are My Knees? if you want to read more about it. This week I'll be continuing to diet and increasing my exercise, I restarted the 30 Day Shred this morning!
I'm hoping to get my car back this week because I can't stand public transport and I'm feeling a bit trapped after spending most of the week in the house! Looking forward to pay day too and my first shopping trip of 2012! Shocking, I know!
Also, this is my 200th post! Yay!

Yep! It's the Sensation XE with Beats Audio, brilliant phone! I've not done so well when it comes to exercising, although I did start the 30 day shred today! x

That cat ring is so cute! Love it. I'm going to have a lush pamper session tonight, really need one. I haven't got any face masks though boo :( mask of magnaminty is my favourite.

I love the 30 day shread! Hugely recommend! It was always the stretching at the end which killed me, I ain't bendy!

It's a DVD by Jillian Michaels. You work out for 20 minutes for 30 days and by the end of it you're so much fitter and toned. The longest I've done it for is 14 days straight but even by then I was looking and feeling lot fitter! If you're looking to lose weight and tone up you NEED to try it! x
