If there was a prize for the most accurate product name then 'Fun' from Lush would win it, hands down. What could be more fun than a chunk of gorgeous smelling multi-purpose, soapy, bubbly goodness that has the texture of Playdoh? Exactly.
Fun boasts of four different pamper time uses and can be used in the bath as bubble bath by crumbling a chunk under a running tap, as a shower wash by using a little pinch like soap, or even breaking off a piece and using it as shampoo. And then of course, you could simply have some fun by making silly shapes and pretending you're a kid again, playing with Playdoh. Lush also say that you can use this to wash your clothes by hand, wow!
With my favourite Lush products being Snow Fairy, The Comforter, Rockstar and Candy Mountain (noticing a theme here?) I just had to go with my sweet tooth and try the 'Pink' version which has the recognisable Lush scent of delicious sweet shop. I use this daily in the shower and it creates a lovely silky foam, leaving my skin feeling baby soft and smelling sweet for hours.
A little goes a long way too, so at £5 for a big bar this is brilliant value for money - especially when you compare it to £2 or £3 for a single bath bomb!
When I first saw it, I did think this product may be a bit of a gimmick but it really is great and I seem to have rekindled my love for Lush with this, since my flatmate 'owns' the bath and I only have a shower in my en-suite so rarely use bath bombs now!
What's your favourite shower friendly Lush product?
Haha it's like bath-playtime for grown ups! The sweet Rockstar style smells are my favourites too so I think this would be perfect :D
ReplyDeleteI've bought this ready for my niece for Christmas and have been so tempted to open it up myself! x

I purchased a couple of these for my friends for Christmas. I don't get along with LUSH products too well but I'm glad that my friends and most bloggers like this product!

I have the sane kind of favourites lush products as you: snow fairy and the comforter are top on my list! I've had a couple of these and love them. I've found them particularly good for travelling because you can break off as much as you need as use it as bubble bath, soap and shower gel. It's great for flying because it's not a liquid. I think these would be great for kids too. X
ReplyDeleteAh I've yet to try this but it looks so much 'fun' :D

Wow, I've never seen this at my local Lush but I really want to try it now! It's not necessarily a shower product, but I love the Dragon Egg bath bomb. It smells like sherbet lemon and leaves gold glitter behind!
