week in photos #25/26

The past two weeks have went by so quickly and have been absolutely jam packed with fun things! There was my friends gig which I was taking photos at, the Tall Ships event that saw over 500 sailors come into town (although I think I have more photos of the damn owls than I do of the hot sailors!) and acts such as Lulu, Deacon Blue and The Magic Numbers play on mainstage. And of course there was T in the Park where I bawled my eyes out, fan-girled over Julian Casablancas and danced until my legs were about to fall off to The Strokes. I don't think I need to explain how ecstatic I was to see them and how amazing they were!

I done lots of things that weren't photographed too, but I think my highlight has to be last nights 'RECT in the FARM' event! A bus took us an hours drive around twisty narrow roads to a secret location in the middle of nowhere that no one except the organiser and bus driver knew about where there was two barns, huge soundsystems, lots of DJs, dubstep, hay bales and dancing.
