It was love at first sight when I first saw this jumper on Lily and was SO happy to get the last one in my size when I was in H&M today! I wasn't too happy with the customer service I received though, as those of you who follow my Twitter will already know! Being accused of looking like a shop lifter or "serial returner" simply because I had been issued a strange receipt (looked normal to me!) for the thing I was returning, being accused of not paying and therefore trying to charge me twice and then being patronised over something that wasn't even relevant all in the space of 3 minutes does not make me happy!

ReplyDeleteI think this is one of my favourite outfits on your blog, I'd never have thought of wearing a jumper with a bodycon skirt (always go for floaty vesty things with a cardigan) but I shall definitely be steeling this for the chillier months ahead.

I do love this, you just know it will be a wardrobe staple all through Winter. However there is no excuse for poor customer service, what are they thinking?! Don't they know that people take to Twitter and their blogs and will tell everyone they know?! Some shop assistants just shouldn't be in retail!

ReplyDeleteThe customer service in H&M is never the quality I'd expect from such a well-known global retailer, but then I live in London so maybe it's just worse here than everywhere else!
I can see why you'd be annoyed, though, being accused of doing something shady just because they'd made an error is absurd xx
