you only live once

I'm not quite sure how I've managed it, but I've not been shopping since the 1st of August. Actually, I've not even stepped foot in a clothes shop since then either. Or even browsed online. Despite that, it's still over a week until pay day and I've got no money so I guess I can stop blaming clothes for my rapidly shrinking bank balance! Come pay day I'm definitely treating myself to a few of these.



001. I've been doing quite well at work lately and a good quality watch has been something I've wanted to treat myself to for a while. I've not had a proper look around, but this rose gold Michael Kors one stands out. I don't even know if I'd wear it enough to justify the cost though.

002. I NEED THIS IN MY LIFE. I usually hate wearing jumpers because they make me look boxy but I think I might have to make an exception for this one! Look at the little hedgehogs! Seriously cute.

003. After wanting a leather skirt for ages, and finally buying what I thought was the leather skirt of my dreams at the start of the month, this one appears on the River Island website and I love it 10000x more than the one I just bought. Hmmm...

004. I really like the shape and colour of this cardigan. I probably won't buy it because it's made of mohair and I can't stand the itchiness but I can't find anything similar to include that isn't about double the price! If anyone sees a cardigan similar to this please let me know!

005. I'm desperate to try out the Illamasqua Skin Base foundation but just haven't had time to visit a counter yet and don't like ordering foundation online. I've read tons of reviews on it and it just seems like a good replacement for my usual Estee Lauder Doublewear which I'm finding a bit too cakey.

006. I probably don't need any more rings, especially rings with animals on them, but this is so cute.. and kind of creepy too with the red gemstone eyes.

007. I definitely want to buy this dress! I'm a bit scared of bodycon dresses though and I'm quite self conscious about my tummy but just love the pattern and the colours.

    I LOVE that jumper, you will get loads of wear out of it this summer. I might get that foundation for a few winter weddings and parties I have coming up soon, I hear it is great for photos because it doesn't have spf

    River Island has got some right beauts in stock at the moment, I never normally shop there but I think I might make an exception this time!
    H&M have a similar cardigan to that in store for £24.99 :)
    That sheep ring is the creepiest thing I've seen in a long time...
