After my self imposed spending ban in January, I've definitely made up for it this month and had a little bit of a pay day splurge. I got lucky in Topshop and found a lot of pieces I had wanted in the sale, in my size, which is always
I also picked up a few staples that I had run out of - Body Shop eye make up remover, and a new hand cream which smells good enough to eat and was only 75p in the sale! The Crème Brûlée Vaseline made it "big" in the blogger scene recently so I thought I'd give it a try it's honestly not what I expected. It's become my go-to lip product (most likely because the rest are lost in my various bags) but I'm still not 100% I like the taste. I've been telling all of my friends about these cheap (only £1!) Superdrug eyebrow shapers because they're brilliant! Easy to use and just as effective as a salon wax!
OH. And I bought the cat bag I posted about here. How could I not?
What have you been buying this month? I don't feel my spending spree is finished quite yet, so feel free to leave links to try and tempt me into more shopping!
Be sure to let us know how you find that YSL mascara, I'm desperately trying to find a holy grail mascara!xx
ReplyDeleteI think it's awful! I'm honestly reaching for my cheap 17 brand one instead! x
DeleteI personally really like L'Oréal Paris Voluminous Mascara, I feel it really grabs my lashes as i'm putting it on and coats them well, leaving them well defined. It costs £8.49 from boots which isn't too bad, I got mine in an offer but I would purchase it at full price. I've also heard good things about the L'Oréal Paris Telescopic Mascara (waterproof). Hope this helps x
Deletemight have to try those superdrug eyebrow thingys! didn't realise you could even buy them!? xxxx

How do those eyebrow shapers work? Never seen those before...
ReplyDeleteThey're kind of like wax strips? You just angle them on, and tear off. There's quite a few different shapes in the pack to get the shape you want. It's really easy! x
DeleteReally like the sound of the hand cream! x
ReplyDeleteAw that cat bag is too cute! Love the look of the Body Shop hand cream too, candied ginger sounds like it would smell amazing!

I really wanted to try the vaseline but I couldn't get my hands on it anywhere :(. I also have those eyebrow shapers and they don't seem to work with me, maybe I'm just not using the right technique haha, I will give them another go! Great post x

I had wanted it for ages too and found a box sneaked away in one of the shelves at the till points in Boots. It did take a little to get used to the technique for the eyebrow shapers but they're really effective, even on dark stubborn hairs like mine! x
DeleteThat bag is adorable, love it!
ReplyDeleteI'm running a giveaway for a Clarisonic on my blog and I'd love for you to check it out! You can gain up to 10 entries! x
