want what you can't have

I must be absolutely crazy, but I've agreed to give up shopping for lent. My boyfriend has given up putting bets on, and since shopping is my 'thing' I've decided to quit for 40 days and 40 nights. I'm not allowed to buy myself anything that isn't an essential, and Steve is being very strict with what I can and can't buy. Emm, a Yankee Candle can be classed as an essential, right?! I'm really not doing so bad, and haven't been too tempted to spend any money, but there's no harm in lookng... and preparing a shopping list for the day lent ends! ;)

001. I absolutely love this dress from Topshop, it's the perfect shape for me and we all know how much I love cats! Although I've heard that it's made from a really cheap material which puts me off... I've yet to spot it in my local store though, and probably won't buy it online because I'm awful at returning things!

002. Sorry for cat overload, but I've fallen in love with this make up case from Forever 21. It's on the EU site though, and it doesn't ship to the UK! Does anyone who lives in one of the countries it ships to fancy ordering it for me?!

003. I love this cute pastel boat print dress by Yumi via New Look, it makes me want Summer to hurry up!

004. Since moving into my new flat I've become obsessed with cushions. I see at least 1 new cushion that I must have at least every week, this pug one being the latest. It's so cute! I really do need it, right?

005. I'm a big Soap and Glory fan and since I've almost worked my way through the stash of body washes and shower gels I had (one of my new years resolutions is to use all the products I have lying in a drawer!) I think I'll treat myself to it pretty soon. I've heard it smells amazing!

006. This skirt from River Island is just up my street. I love how bright it is, and the pattern and it would be perfect to wear all year round. I think this could quickly become a wardrobe staple for me!
